Taylan Reinhard

Taylan Reinhard was born in Istanbul. He studied singing in the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. He sang numerous Lied, Opera and Operette Concerts and Oratorios from Renaissance to Modern. He participated in many Voice Competitions and won many prices.

Taylan Reinhard from 2005 to 2017, worked as Tenor Solist in the Ensemble of Opera Graz. On many other stages around the world he sang roles as Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni), Belfiore (La finta giardiniera), Ferrando (Cosi fan tutte), Belmonte und Pedrillo (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Tamino (Die Zauberflöte), Hans (Die verkaufte Braut), Fenton (Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor), Marquis von Chateauneuf (Zar und Zimmermann), Camille (Lustige Witwe), Sinowi (Lady Macbeth von Mtsensk), Maler (Lulu), Tebaldo (I Capuleti e i Montecchi), Ruodi (Guillaume Tell), Rodolfo (La Bohème), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Rodolfo (La Bohème), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), Pang (Turandot), Nemorino (L’Elisir D’Amore), Conte di Leichester (Maria Stuarda), Edgardo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Conte di Chalais (Maria di Rohan), Werther (Werther), Radames (Aida), Ismaele (Nabucco), Alfredo (La Traviata), Cassio (Otello), Chevalier (Der ferne Klang), Steva (Jenůfa), Prolog and Peter Quint (The Turn of the Screw), Alfred (Die Fledermaus „also in Seefestspielen Mörbisch 2012“) and many more.

Since 2015, Taylan Reinhard sings in the Bregenz Festival the roles such as „Pang“ in Puccini’s Turandot „Worker/Simon“ in Miroslav Srnka’s modern Opera „Make No Noise“ and in 2017 he will sing „Mambre“ in G. Rossini’s opera „Mosè in Egitto“ and the Role Charles Tansley in Zesses Seglias’s new contemporary opera „To the Lighthouse“ in Bregenz Festival.
