Lilianna Krych (1986, Warsaw) is a conductor, mainly working for opera and contemporary music. She graduated in 2013 from conducting faculty on Fryderyc Chopin University of Music in Warsaw under supervision of Marek Pijarowski. She had her debut at Warsaw Autumn Festival 2016 conducting Salvatore Sciarrino’s opera Luci mie traditrici. Since then she is specializing in Sciarrino’s music, conducting his pieces in Ostrava (2018, 2019), and in Warsaw (2020). From 2017 she is a conductor in contemporary music ensemble Hashtag Ensemble and cooperates with similar ensembles, such as Spółdzielnia Muzyczna Contemporary Ensemble, Via Nova Ensemble and others. In 2013–2018 she worked as an assistant conductor in Polish National Opera in Warsaw. Since 2018 she is constantly cooperating with Polish Royal Opera. She is an artistic director of Warsaw Stage Society. She runs national and international workshops, concerts, performances and recordings. Moreover Krych is a music educator for all levels of advance.
