Petra Vlachynská
Petra Vlachynská’s work includes costume design for theater and film, mask-making, photographic styling, fashion design, installation art or site-specific projects. She’s contributed to about a hundred theater productions so far, in the Czech Republic as well as abroad, e.g. in Slovenia, Poland or Hungary. Bába (dir. Zuzana Kirchnerová), a film she collaborated on, won the student film section at Cannes. Her costumes for Manželská historie (Marriage Story; dir. Jan Nebeský) earned her a nomination for the Theater Critics Award 2021 (best scenography).
